We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Client Manager who has built strong client relationships and has a demonstrated ability to develop and retain business. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
> Manage civil engineering projects from proposal through construction
> Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
> Maintain and grow a portfolio of client relationships
> Develop new business opportunities through existing and new relationships
> Prepare proposals, scopes, budgets, and fee estimates
> Lead project teams, mentor engineers and CAD staff, and oversee technical quality
> Coordinate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, developers, architects, surveyors, and contractors
> Help shape the strategic direction and continued growth of the firm

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Required Qualifications
> Professional Engineer (PE) license
> 10+ years of civil engineering consulting experience
> Demonstrated experience managing land development and/or municipal engineering projects
> Existing client relationships within Pennsylvania
> Proven history of winning and retaining engineering work
> Strong communication and leadership skills
> Experience managing project budgets and schedules
